-Dive staff gratuities are not included

"It doesn't take a Hurricane" cancellation policy:
Direct Reservations: Give us 24 hours notice
and we'll be happy to change your reservation. We'll apply your
full deposit to your new booking. This offer is based on availability
and prevailing rates apply. If you cancel altogether, we'll be
happy to refund your full deposit.
Dive Travel Partner Reservations: We honor our
dive travel partners' cancellation policy. Please refer to their
cancellation policy.
"No-shows" are subject to a three-night
penalty.
No credit is available on any unused portion of a package. Rates
are subject to change. Packages are based on availability.
