Stingray City

Can I drive to Stingray City?  Not quite.  Stingray City has been described as the world's best 12-foot dive.   You'll find Stingray City in the shallows Grand Cayman's North South. It is just inside a natural channel that passes through the barrier reef and Barker's National Park crossing the North Sound from Morgan's Harbor to Rum Point located on the other end of the Island.

Divetech offers a 1-tank afternoon boat dive to Stingray City.  You can go as a diver or as a snorkeler.  You'll have a chance to interact with the Southern Stingrays and watch our dive instructors "rodeo" them around for their reward - squid.

        

Don't worry about the eel - Psycho is well fed and loves to interact with the divers.  Dive instructors are the only ones that feed the stingrays and the eel.  

Of course, if you still want to drive to Stingray City, you might have to ask the Captain of the boat nicely - but, I am sure he'll probably let you do that.
