Terms and Conditions

Dive packages include daily 2-tank boat dives on all days except day of arrival and day of departure.

Reservations are confirmed with a $500 deposit.  Please call us toll free at 1 888 946 5656 and provide us with your credit card details so we can take a $500 deposit. 

Reservations during the holidays (Christmas and New Year's) are confirmed with a $1000 deposit per room.  Direct reservations made directly with us and then cancelled with 30 days notice qualify for a refund.  With less than 30 days notice, there is a 3 night penalty.

"It doesn't take a Hurricane" cancellation policy:

Direct Reservations: Give us 24 hours notice and we'll be happy to change your reservation. We'll apply your full deposit to your new booking. This offer is based on availability and prevailing rates apply. If you cancel altogether, we'll be happy to refund your full deposit.  During the Christmas and New Year's holiday period, a minimum of 30 days notice is required to receive full refund of deposit.  With less than 30 days' notice there is a 2 night penalty.

Dive Travel Partner Reservations: We honor our dive travel partners' cancellation policy. Please refer to the cancellation policy you signed with them.

"No-shows" are subject to a three-night penalty. Rates are subject to change.

Package rates are subject to change.  Specials are subject to change and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. 

There is no refund or credit available for any unused portion of any package.

You may change your travel dates based on availability and on prevailing package rates.
