Deposit Policy<\/h4>\n

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
\nThe remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
\nFull payment is required for reservations made within 30 days of arrival.<\/p>\n

Cancellation Policy<\/h4>\n

Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 30 days prior to arrival.
\n100% of the reservation is forfeit for cancellations received within 30 days of arrival.
\nNo refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals, no-shows, or early departures.<\/p>\n

Holiday Reservation Policies<\/h4>\n

Holiday policies apply to stays between December 20 and January 2.
\nHoliday bookings require a 7-night minimum stay.
\nA 50% deposit is required to confirm a holiday booking.
\nThe remaining balance, taxes, and fees will be charged 60 days before arrival.
\nFull payment is required for reservations made within 60 days of arrival.
\nReservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 60 days prior to arrival.
\n100% of the reservation total is forfeit for cancellations received within 60 days of arrival.<\/p>\n

Occupancy<\/h4>\n

Ocean View Deluxe Rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.
\nOcean View Corner Rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.
\nGarden View Deluxe Rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.<\/p>\n

Housekeeping<\/h4>\n

Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental fees at Cobalt Coast.
\nOne complimentary housekeeping service can be provided, upon request, for every 7 nights booked.
\nHousekeeping is available upon request at a rate of $30.00 USD per service.
\nHousekeeping must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
\nHousekeeping is not available on weekends or Cayman statutory holidays.<\/p>\n

General Policies<\/h4>\n

Check-In and Check-Out<\/strong><\/p>\n

Check-in begins at 4:00 pm.
\nCheck-out is at 11:00 am.
\nEarly check-in and late check-out cannot be guaranteed prior to arrival.<\/p>\n

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cobalt Coast requires a 3-night minimum stay during peak seasons, a 2-night minimum stay during low seasons, and a 7-night minimum over the holiday period.<\/p>\n

RATES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rates are in $USD and do not include 13% government tax or 10% resort fee.
\nSpecial offers and discounts may not be combined.
\nRates are subject to change without notice.
\nRates include free Wi-Fi and free parking.<\/p>\n

CREDIT CARDS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cobalt Coast can accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
\nA credit card must be provided at time of booking as well as at check-in.<\/p>\n

ROOM SELECTION<\/strong><\/p>\n

The hotel rooms at Cobalt Coast are all finished to a consistently high standard.
\nWe cannot guarantee specific room assignments.
\nWe do guarantee the selected room category (or better).<\/p>\n

SMOKING<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cobalt Coast is a smoke-free resort. Smoking is not permitted inside the building and guest rooms, nor outside on balconies, patios, and resort grounds. A fine will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.<\/p>\n

PETS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pets are not permitted at Cobalt Coast.<\/p>\n

MINIMUM AGE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Guests must be 18 or older to place a reservation.
\nGuests under the age of 18 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian.<\/p>\n

Loss or Damages<\/strong><\/p>\n

Guests are responsible for any damages that occur during their stay.
\nCobalt Coast is not responsible for any losses that occur during a stay.<\/p>\n

\u201cWorry-Free\u201d Hurricane Policy<\/h4>\n

If a hurricane warning is issued for the Cayman Islands by the National Hurricane Center within seven days of your scheduled arrival date, you may call or email Cobalt Coast to reschedule or cancel your reservation and receive a full refund.
\nIf a hurricane warning is issued during your stay and you are forced to depart early, a refund will be issued for any unused nights.
\nPlease note that our hurricane policy is only applicable on reservations booked directly with Cobalt
