Deposit Policy

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
The remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
Full payment is required for reservations made within 30 days of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 30 days prior to arrival.
100% of the reservation is forfeit for cancellations received within 30 days of arrival.
No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals, no-shows, or early departures.

Holiday Reservation Policies

Holiday policies apply to stays between December 20 and January 2.
Holiday bookings require a 7-night minimum stay.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a holiday booking.
The remaining balance, taxes, and fees will be charged 60 days before arrival.
Full payment is required for reservations made within 60 days of arrival.
Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 60 days prior to arrival.
100% of the reservation total is forfeit for cancellations received within 60 days of arrival.

Occupancy

Ocean View Deluxe Rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.
Ocean View Corner Rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.
Garden View Deluxe Rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.

Housekeeping

Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental fees at Cobalt Coast.
One complimentary housekeeping service can be provided, upon request, for every 7 nights booked.
Housekeeping is available upon request at a rate of $30.00 USD per service.
Housekeeping must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Housekeeping is not available on weekends or Cayman statutory holidays.

General Policies

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in begins at 4:00 pm.
Check-out is at 11:00 am.
Early check-in and late check-out cannot be guaranteed prior to arrival.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS

Cobalt Coast requires a 3-night minimum stay during peak seasons, a 2-night minimum stay during low seasons, and a 7-night minimum over the holiday period.

RATES

Rates are in $USD and do not include 13% government tax or 10% resort fee.
Special offers and discounts may not be combined.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
Rates include free Wi-Fi and free parking.

CREDIT CARDS

Cobalt Coast can accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
A credit card must be provided at time of booking as well as at check-in.

ROOM SELECTION

The hotel rooms at Cobalt Coast are all finished to a consistently high standard.
We cannot guarantee specific room assignments.
We do guarantee the selected room category (or better).

SMOKING

Cobalt Coast is a smoke-free resort. Smoking is not permitted inside the building and guest rooms, nor outside on balconies, patios, and resort grounds. A fine will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.

PETS

Pets are not permitted at Cobalt Coast.

MINIMUM AGE

Guests must be 18 or older to place a reservation.
Guests under the age of 18 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian.

Loss or Damages

Guests are responsible for any damages that occur during their stay.
Cobalt Coast is not responsible for any losses that occur during a stay.

“Worry-Free” Hurricane Policy

If a hurricane warning is issued for the Cayman Islands by the National Hurricane Center within seven days of your scheduled arrival date, you may call or email Cobalt Coast to reschedule or cancel your reservation and receive a full refund.
If a hurricane warning is issued during your stay and you are forced to depart early, a refund will be issued for any unused nights.
Please note that our hurricane policy is only applicable on reservations booked directly with Cobalt Coast.
