   Great inviting restaurant bar pool dive business Nova is in a beautiful spot. They are a restaurant and hotel with Dive Teq on their property. The food is fantastic and drinks poorer well and super tasty. They are fine with you hanging at their pool as long as you purchase from them. I loved watching the teachers of dive teq teach the divers. They seemed very well trained and I will dive with them next time.

   Hidden gem waterfront restaurant Fabulous poolside restaurant serving Branzino and fresh fish as well sushi too ! The friendly staff at the bar and restaurant gave us the best service on the island ! Wonderful cocktails, wine selection and menu . We would highly recommend this place!

   A gem off the beaten path. 🤫 Amazing food & atmosphere! The waitstaff was friendly and courteous. There was an issue with their wifi while running the card for the bill and they were so kind and patient and apologetic. Excellent down to earth humans. The food was amazing. I can still taste the mango sorbet 🤤. Thank you Nova! One of the best meals on our trip. 👏 👏 👏

   Perfect meal by the ocean I had an amazing dining experience at Nova! The food was delicious, especially the Poke Bowl and the Ceviche. The ambiance was cozy, and the service was outstanding – attentive and friendly. The Tiramisu Cheesecake for dessert was the perfect end to the meal. Highly recommend this gem right by the ocean.

   Incredible experience! After a week of dinners where we felt unsatisfied, this place hit the mark! We finally felt we found a restaurant that had the quality of food, service, and view worth the price. We came back twice to try different items and both times the experience was phenomenal. The food! Our favorites on the menu included the grilled oysters, sushi (cooked shrimp), wagyu burger, the truffle fries and the pistachio ice cream. My husband also enjoyed the “featured spirit” which was Johnny Walker Black. Our second time back, we shared the seafood pasta and it was delicious! The service! I am seven months pregnant and was nervous to try some seafood, but our waitress was so kind and made several suggestions without me asking! She was attentive and quick. She was fabulous. The view! The view was beautiful. You could enjoy their pool or take a dip into the ocean. The outside seating had fans so we stayed cool. We look forward to visiting again and highly suggest it to anyone!

   Highlight of our trip at Nova! Nova was, sincerely, one of the highlights of our trip to Cayman. We went twice during our 6 day trip and actually I wish we had gone here on our last day too. Excellent drinks, attentive staff, beautiful pool, beach, and hot tub. We were so happy with our bartenders and their recommendations. One night we had dinner here on the beach and it was great! Food: oysters were the best grilled oysters I've had. We ordered these for dinner and again 2 days later with our cocktails. Other items we tried included the dumplings, hummus, croquettes, and a kids meal. We would order the croquettes again and everyone enjoyed those. I absolutely loved sitting with my feet in the hot tub, drinking a great cocktail, while the kids enjoyed the beach and pool before dinner. We have decided that if we return to Cayman, we will be staying across the street from Nova! Thank you for a great time!

   Must stop by for lunch after visiting hell So happy we came. Recommended from a friend. Reggie our hostess and tyron our waiter were just awesome. Such great service. And food was well worth it. Very windy day for lunch but we’re given blankets . I would encourage people to stop here for a great view and great lunch. Very close to hell.

   Beach restaurant with a pool and huge bar! New restaurant on the island with a sea view and beach area. Food was great and well priced, but the jewel in the crown was a pool for adults and kids to use so we stopped for poolside cocktails too. For those that enjoy bar seating they also have a huge bar overlooking the ocean. Great find!

   Great food and Great Vibes! We recently took the family for lunch and there was something for everyone. The restaurant recently underwent an extensive remodel and it looks great. There is a pool right by the bar and loungers for relaxing. The food was amazing and we all agreed they have the best chicken club anyone has ever had! Put NOVA at the top of your list!
